Team practices help with teamwork, but they don’t build individual skills. Our 4-week training programs fill that gap and give athletes the reps and focus they need to improve fast

Choose the level that fits your schedule and commitment:

  • Pro – 5 training sessions/week – $550

  • Varsity – 3 training sessions/week – $400

  • Rookie – 2 training sessions/week – $320

Key Details:

  • Programs run for 4 consecutive weeks and must start on a Monday.

  • Each program level is limited to 10 athletes, so spots fill fast.

  • Every Friday, you’ll receive the weekly training schedule and can sign up for your sessions before anyone else.

  • You may book up to the number of trainings included in your program, and unused sessions cannot be made up.

  • You can book multiple sessions in one day. For example, you can sign up for a 5-6pm and 6-7pm slot on the same day and use two of your training sessions.

  • Payment via Square is required to confirm your spot. Payments are non-refundable.

Consistency is the secret to real improvement. By committing to a structured 4-week training cycle, your athlete will get the reps, focus, and skill development they need to take their game to the next level.
