Team practices help with teamwork, but they don’t build individual skills. Our 4-week training programs fill that gap and give athletes the reps and focus they need to improve fast
Choose the level that fits your schedule and commitment:
Pro – 5 training sessions/week – $550
Varsity – 3 training sessions/week – $400
Rookie – 2 training sessions/week – $320
Key Details:
Programs run for 4 consecutive weeks and must start on a Monday.
Each program level is limited to 10 athletes, so spots fill fast.
Every Friday, you’ll receive the weekly training schedule and can sign up for your sessions before anyone else.
You may book up to the number of trainings included in your program, and unused sessions cannot be made up.
You can book multiple sessions in one day. For example, you can sign up for a 5-6pm and 6-7pm slot on the same day and use two of your training sessions.
Payment via Square is required to confirm your spot. Payments are non-refundable.
